I was at ground zero - Phoenix AZ. Wrong time wrong place. Lost over 50% of my home value within 2 years of buying it. Had to move in 2007/2008 and could not sell. Financial destruction ensued. That house still isn’t worth what I paid for it in 2005 to this day.

Actually this happened before Obama took office. But the loan debacle was still caused by affirmative action.

What about the builders that practically handed these homes over and encouraged people whom they knew could not pay to buy? They weren’t forced, they went along with a smile on their faces.

And it was done deliberately too. That's what pisses me off. Natural cycles is one thing, but to manipulate a bust to gain power is atrocious.

With all the layoffs at CNN it’s almost like they are pulling out.
