1948-1973: Worker productivity and hourly compensation both increased over 90%. 1973-2013 worker productivity up almost 75%, hourly compensation up only 9.2%. Why the difference?

Supply and demand. Women joined the workforce in large numbers. Suddenly employers had more choice that they could and did pay less to.

I get the same reaction when I say the same thing. Feminists have brainwashed so many people with their ideological propaganda that it's like people are walking around with blinders on that prevent them from being able to see the obvious reality all around them.

After 73 we have illegal and legal immigration at levels high enough to stagnate any rise in workers pay. You want higher wages? Stop flooding the market with unskilled workers.
