Nah. Games are more immersive than just movies and music, have them both included and are interactive. Puzzle games are also good for brain training. Everything in moderation though... that's usually the issue...

Some of my favourite stories have come from video games. Iv outgrown childish games like mario or Minecraft, but I'll never "outgrow" stories like the last of us for example. Same way can enjoy TV like game of thrones, but not care bears. It's about the content, not the medium.
