I was wondering wether he would either come out and say it was obstruction and give an excuse as to why he didnt say so, or (on the off chance he grew a concious) say that a determination had been made of no prosecutable offense and everyone needs to simmer down.

If he is saying that after consideration we concluded you can't indict a sitting President,then why even begin the investigation? He could have said at any time we found him guilty and we are submitting it to the AG.
