In Europe for centuries there was pretty impartial administration of justice where 10% of the male population died by execution. India had more clan based justice. India isn't going through a rape crisis, it's merely experiencing the results of different evolutionary pressures.
Could I get a source for the 10% figure please, that’s higher than what I have heard
