Until the Leftists invoke their control over Social Media (as we're now seeing), shutting out anybody who doesn't tow the Leftist line or who threaten to reach a critical mass of people that might undermine the Leftist agenda.

well that depends, when those crafting the social media platforms silences voices they do not like or agree with, then they act as poorly as those gatekeepers but at a much faster pace

This is similar to legalizing drugs and the power of the cia/gov..

Money can be harder to come by online. Left carrot still a big factor.

But, de-platforming from social media is starting to appear. All that you need is one marginally controversial idea that offends the sensibilities of the mob and you are no longer welcome in the inn. So the fight for free speech and liberty of ideas is beginning anew online.

But now the powers that be send cops to your doorstep to fight "hate speech."

Until someone decides to take your internet fame away. Social media has no enduring foundation. Unlike regular fame, it's ephemeral. Quite worthless, really...

Except when the corporations start censoring views they don't agree with under the guise of hate speech.
