Not comparable to your apparent definition of 'white' 'culture', which seems to be homogenizing the 'white' societies together into a big bowl like mashed potatoes. There are black communities that share common history, heritage, identity, and that can be described as a culture.

"Culture" in the age of mass-media is defined and dictated by the media and usually just mirrors a series of stereotypes.

I think it makes more sense to identify by what you believe in rather than how you happened to he born or who you happened to be born to.
