Telling the truth is easy. Accepting the truth is a greater challenge. Integrating the truth even more so. Discerning it, one step harder. Defending it at the cost of social standing, one of the most difficult things to do. But If we don't the soul dies, and society withers.
As long as you’re willing to be disliked for telling it, the truth is actually pretty easy.

Sacrificing social standing is one thing but if the cost is a loss of the very livelihood you need to feed your family it rapidly become to expensive for many. The opposition counts on that and acts with that in mind.
