I dont get all the fuss? Have sex might get pregnant, use precautions unlikely to get pregnant, for the vast majority of people its a simple as that?

For 29 years my wife somehow avoided getting pregnant. She married me (yea!) and within 3 years we had 2 beautiful children. We decided that was enough. 16 years later and she hasn't had anymore children. How are all these women getting pregnant without wanting too?
