  I live a few miles from Folsom Prison in California. A couple of years ago I spoke with two guards on the prison grounds. They told me 40% of the prison convict population were illegal Mexicans out of 4,000 prisoners. It was necessary to segregate northerners from southerners.

  Immigrants in General are the ones with the lowest IQ/Means this is why they MIGRATE. because they don't have the means to survive economically inside their OWN country, and sometimes by security that is a low percentage.
