When people had children in their early 20’s, they had the energy to keep up. Now that people have kids in their late 30’s and early 40’s, they struggle to keep up. Some choose to slow the kids down. Just a theory......

The drugs certainly don't help. This issue has to do with upbringing. How the children are socialized or NOT socialized(mostly). It has to do with eating, regularly and decent foods. And to make learning fun, exciting to children. They are naturally curious, feed that curiosity.

Lets just teach kids, from a early age, that life is tough and the best way to deal with it is to accept responsibility and try to lighten your burden, not indoctrinate them into believing that everybody is capable of anything, we're not, and its cruel to tell kids otherwise!
