Can you imagine how the history of the world would’ve been different if Plato had not been rescued from slavery?https://twitter.com/sonnedude/status/1122524952702398464 …

I got through an hour on my way back from the concert. Had no idea Plato was sold (or about to be) into slavery.

World history changed by a single person recognizing Plato!

Can you imagine if RFK and MLK were not assassinated ? RFK as President and MLK as Vice President. Amazing to think about what the world may have been like today. Possibly an earlier end to Vietnam and possibly MLK as the first Bone Fide Black President. 🥀🌺👠🍁

I honestly was put off by how purely big the video for Plato is. I didn't know he had been rescued from slavery. Hmmmmm... Maybe I'll make a attempt to go through a hour of it now then another later on to eventually finish it.

I’m 2.5 hours in! I always felt the Republic was a very dark vision of life. Now I understand why!

No Freemasonry. Missing from your perspectives so far. But Plato is obviously critical to them. Your analysis of the people of the cave is lacking because of it.

We might not have ever had Aristotle and the foundations for empiricism. You might assume someone else would've laid down the groundwork eventually.

I think the assumption made is more plausible than dark ages forever.
