Now the slide here is obviously politicized and trying to brainwash the students. Most Public education modalities do so. My only contention is that words are just words

I think your perception of connotation triggers your political or emotional beliefs. What if the words are only being used descriptively/analogously and not to promote behavior? Words are ambiguous. I think humans are parasites “using” the universe while it uses/acts through us

Not an argument. I think Stefan likes to hear all arguments or rather critical perspectives. Anytime we communicate we must make assumptions about reality as well as the beliefs and connotations others and ourselves hold
