  Doubtful, no one has been executed for 'crimes against the state' since the Rosenbergs in the 50s. The deep state is too smart to push for the death penalty, they'll lock him in a hole & throw away the key & wait for the public to forget about Julian Assange.

  Did anybody actually check English Law, (yes we have independent legal systems in the UK)? We have laws, in line with all EU nations, that forbid extradition if capital punishment is sort by the prosecution. The USA can not call for execution as Assange would not be extradited.
