I hope you're right about this, but I suspect you are not. There is no law left in the USA. If there was, @wakeup1442 Schaeffer and Ross Ulbricht wouldn't be in prison. Trump could have easily pardoned them, and everyone else who's illegitimately imprisoned. Yet he doesn't.

He doesn't want to seem a conspiracy theorist, and he needs voters on the fence. He needs plausible deniability so a fair trial could bring light 2 the death of Seth rich. If you've noticed when Donald Trump lies or the Seas his facial features and mannerisms change dramatically.

Another reason would be not to show your full hand, his base understands that he can't come right out and endorse Julian Assange but he gave us extended opportunity to examine the facts.
