he might put forth an argument about relaxed selection leading to an accumulation of deleterious mutations (which presumably lower IQ and would be disfavored if selection weren't relaxed), but that would require him to actually know something about evolution

the extent to which it's heritable depends strongly on how homogeneous the environment is (same as many other traits), and there's no great way to measure changes in mean IQ over time.

The thing bother me about Stefan is he selectively choose what to and not to reveal. He make claim that US should reject anyone with IQ lower than 90 whereas forgetting in Lynn's data that his ancestral country IQ(Ireland) scored in the 80s.
