No, Stefan. Taxation is the consequence of hierarchy, where the rulers ride free and the next level down pays homage

Capitalism: 1 - voluntary trades only (no aggression), 2- respect private property (don't steal), 3- respect contracts (don't lie). It shouldn't be hard to understand. No state is 100% capitalist and the existence of taxes is one proof of it. So, no, taxes ares not capitalist.
