It's just like a EULA for software. Most people just agree because the alternative is not receiving the service. I'm not proud, but I must admit I am guilty as well.

I was fascinated by the old plans for the town, they were copies from the 1920s or so hand drawn. It did have in there that the property had a pool which it didn’t. Apart from that it all seemed fine, I asked my solicitor a lot of questions about things I didn’t understand
