IQ predicts success at complex jobs with 80% accuracy. There is no better metric. Kinda important.

Idk, my mom works for a bank for over 20 years if I'm correct and she doesn't ask for IQ tests but for job experience, education and why you want to work here. Same with my grandma who worked in bank for over 30 years. Its in Poland btw, so its not because of magic PC
