  I could definitely see that being true. Too much cortisol isn't good for anyone. Finding the balance between outgoing and ongoing is one of the most difficult challenges we face in today's neurotic, jet-lagged world.

  How does learned extraversion factor in? I was very shy as a child and young man, found my confidence in my early 30s and now am very outgoing and successful in business as a result. Confident people take more risks and often receive more rewards....
