Stefan, how do you feel about Michael Ruppert? I only ask because I rewatched his 2009 documentary again recently and he mentions that outages and delays will be a sign that we are close to collapse and that one day those outages will just remain for days or weeks. Thoughts?

People get used to neglecting responsibilities, and then even simple daily tasks begin to seem insurmountable. People then decide there's no point, and ratchet the dereliction up one more notch. Then they do another lap around this sequence.

I have been seeing this in distribution and manufacturing for a while. I've described it as if everyone is moving in a vat of molasses. It's quite bizarre and frustrating.

I've experienced my order being wrong very often at franchised restaurants in cities but in the suburbs closer to my home they haven't gotten a single order wrong. I don't know if I can blame IQ but I notice a very stark quality difference between these areas.

This is exactly why my company is doing everything to avoid that; we are achieving this by NOT over relaying on tech and looking to hire smart, not “educated” employees. —They have answers, they have authority, they get your order right OR make it right immediately.

The craziest thing is that all this technology... especially phones...has endless potential. I mean when else has everyone had essentially limitless knowledge in their pockets?

I often, and I do mean often, have to go back to have my order corrected when it only has TWO ingredients. TWO! Three if you include the wrap.

I bought Microsoft 365 online, they took my money, now I get the message that if I want to use it I need to buy it...again?

Paranoid.

99% of the "phone calls" I get are from spam bots. Everyone I know calls me via @Skype where people have been vetted when they were added to my contact list. The rest of the problems we can solve with automation. #LearnToCode
