This is true, in a room of 100 people, the odds any given women is more neurotic than any given man aren't very high. But on the total population scale of millions? Then those small differences have huge effects. Also, the differences matter more at the extreme edges.

yeah but when you try and extrapolate minor differences in a single trait as the reason why women are inept at politics the outliers aren’t really significant.
