I don’t understand the question. Every law is backed by government force. If you don’t pay your taxes, eventually the State comes with guns. Everyone knows this.https://twitter.com/Benmsx/status/1111429745068040194 …

Describe the Military solution: Military bases every 5 miles for 2000 miles? Platoons stationed every mile? Helicopters playing Wagner?

Helicopters playing Wagner sounds like a good idea.

Some people Stef... such a shame. The weight of the law keeps me from “Walter White-ing” it. Lets apply the same aggression of the state to the border. These people invading know our system is broke.

Leftists live in a fairytale world where words are magic and reality is irrelevant. In their mind, the government passes a law and whatever they want just happens.

@StefanMolyneux surely you must know by now you average westerner thinks their government is seperate from the force it wields and exerts upon its own citizens. To admit violence is power from which authority is derived, shatters the smug belief of utopia.

Bingo! That was the best post of this entire thread, and it didn't get one reply (until now). Relieved to see that at least one person gets it. 👍

But the very laws you support-immigration laws-are also therefore backed by force. And so you're caught between supporting laws you like and supporting Anarcho-Capitalist principles. Which is it, Stefan? You can't simultaneously support immigration laws and Ancapistan.

Obviously the system is crazy and makes no sense. It's still the established order and the man has to work within it when in it. No one else is doing more in office then him.

He's not making a descriptive claim. He's making a normative claim. He's not saying "The law is backed by force," he's saying "The state should use violence to enforce the law on people I'm afraid of/don't care for." Do you understand the difference, or why it's important?

It's more like "the state should use violence to enforce the law on the people breaking it". The fact that most of the people breaking it are of a particular background is irrelevant to the point. It's not a matter of "not caring for these people" its a matter of law and order
