Your right sir ,, this is why I will not allow my grand-son ( Owen) to become a police officer ,, all though I do support our Troop’s ( I stand for the Flag

Ik this is a satirical tweet; but you don’t have the right to police officer’s labor either, besides through public contract; the issue is there is no public contract about healthcare (making a new law doesn’t count as a new contract, we’d have to amend the constitution)

2)Bawa-Garba was alone in charge of the paediatric emergency department and Children's Assessment Unit on the day, with no senior consultant available. Rota gaps had meant that Bawa-Garba had to cover the work of two other doctors[9] and the on-call consultant was off-site.
-
I dont blame Bawa-Garba,my point was the rota gaps (she had to cover for two more doctors) -a very common issue in the NHS.
-
Did you read the blog?
-
I already know a lot about the case.I don't need to read one (understandably emotional) party. I prefer to stick to the tribunal hearing. But as I said my point is that the short comings of the NHS are the main issue here not Bawa-Garba.

The article is a letter to the editor of the BMJ about inaccurate reporting - from Jack Adcock’s parents.
@VictorAdcock2 -
Might be worth a read so that you don’t continue to quote inaccuracies.
-
I rely on GMC hearing information not the bmj.I am not going to read the parents letter. I will also quote whtever I find appropriate to http://quote.ps : also don't sneak in other people into this conversation in order to cause controversy, that's just rude.

In America when you get hurt, you can get actual treatment within an hour and negotiate to pay a 10th of the price. If you go to a catholic hospital you can pay what you have and they will cover the rest. Even if you can’t pay. They have to treat you.
-
Bottom line in America. You will get treatment in a timely matter whether you can afford it or not. Much better than the UK nightmare scenario where people don’t even go because they will just sit in a waiting room for 12 hour or months for cancer treatment and die waiting.
-
Genuine question.....what personal experience have you had of the NHS in the UK?
-
NHS consumer here. GP failed to diagnose my anaemia due to fibroids, failed to tell me results of a blood test until I had weird eye problems, failed to correctly treat me (I needed B12 as well as iron). Husband surviving congestive heart failure through refusing dangerous test
-
The antibiotic he was described in the winter caused his skin to feel burned (weird version where you had to avoid sun exposure, which he did). Surviving the NHS is a game of Russian Roulette.
-
So rubbish GP then.......

Rights have no cost. Rights are life, property and freedom and only respect is requiered. If something has cost, it is a necessity not a right.
