Sadly it's true. About half of Yang's solutions simply involve throwing money at problems. While I respect him for talking about a lot of important issues no one has even thought of, simply "makin' it rain" as he proposes is not governing, it's a shortcut to a greater hell.

Just started watching Milton Friedman. Dude makes a lot of sense. There is no free lunch. When you take from one area to give to another you always have negative effects along with what your trying to achieve.

I don't get the feeling he cares one bit about that. In fact I don't hear that concern from anyone on that side.

Yes, other people's money... but not debt. If you looked at his plan to pay for it. Trump's tax cuts will be paid with debt however.

Money? Yeah, so we can just give the poor some money. They'll magically understand the concept of deferred gratification and be investing their way into prosperity in no time.....

And Wealth/money can be destroyed. More economic activity creates more money and wealth. High taxes stifle economic activity.
