I listened to Roger Waters’s excellent song Amused To Death the other day, an old favorite from my teenage years. His message depicted a world on the edge of collapse. It was written over 25 years ago. A generation has passed & we’re still asking the same questions. It’s a cycle.

As the world has increasingly polarised and the dysfunctional delusion risen to the surface exposed for all to see, as the masks have slipped and true colours reveal themselves, I have lost count of how many people I can no longer listen to, watch or stomach.

I'm not a hundred percent sure if it is technically ironic, but this was one of the limpest attempts at a joke I've ever seen, and I'm very impressed by it.
