Scientific method is silent on the issue of peer review - not a requirement. In fact, peer review is much more of a thought-policing "gatekeeper" requirement to subversive new ideas than anything to do with "good science" and discovery.
I don’t care much about peer review – I want to learn from people who have no peers. :)
