Sadly, neoconservatives as much as neoliberals are. People got so lost through the illusion of security in their own small or giant countries, which has been built in reality on wars, not peace. We, the people, are the real enemy of elites and own governments.
Conservatives are not radical enough to protect the legacy of radicals.

Ultra-conservatives in islam are radical. In early conservative United States, like in some current muslim countries, a woman gets punished or stigmatized for showing her bare ankle. America has changed so much by now, it takes more than a nip-slip to bring mass condemnation
