If human DNA is 99.9% the same, that means the mind can be educated in all races to high levels. Look at what the Chinese have done over the last decades. They too were once considered a lower species.

I think immigration as such is a natural thing. People tend to be attracted to societies which offer more. The problem is when the host society distorts the system by implementing affirmative action policies, anchor babies laws or legalizing illegals once they cross the border.

Mexicans have been migrants workers since I can remember but they have always returned "home" . in the 60's 70's they migrated to the states to help farmers then returned home with their earnings .. new immigration of entitlement is the new generation of migrants (very expensive)
