Women demanded entry to the (Boy) Scouts in the USA. Women reject the idea of boys joining the Girl Scouts. There is now at least one girl only troop in the Boy Scouts and it has all female leadership. So inclusive and diverse.

“Diversity” is fundamentally against human nature. Look at any place where “diversity” is particularly high. Take for example university campuses. 90% of people hang out almost exclusively with people from the same country. As diversity increases, we end up with segregation.

There's also often a step right at the beginning where the people working to build the space are ridiculed by the very people who will eventually demand entry. After the hard work is done of course. Think video games, sports, just about anything built by men for enjoyment.
