I see it all the time. It’s so apparent. The thing is though, women do what women naturally do, so I accept the differences between the sexes even though I see how detrimental women can be to themselves, and unknowingly.. Note: There are only two sexes

Another angle to consider... Many women beat themselves up constantly and unreasonably. (I know I do.) Having a friend gently lay some truth is real friendship. Having a friend come down hard on any topic is probably a) something we already know and/or b) their own baggage.

It’s actually an ancient instinct. Hens behave similarly - if one hen lays an egg they all cluck loudly. It’s how they avoid being singled out by a predator.

This is exactly why my only real friends are dudes. I’d rather be a woman who is “one of the guys” than be dishonest.
