I used to be a socialist until I started running a business.

Ya stop complaining, quit that crummy corporation and be your own boss and run a business. A business is for-profit, and who wouldnt want more, and yes those willing to step beyond moral, legal bounds to have even more, but all business owners and shareholders will want more....

Oh Corporations do care, especially if they want to keep their employees who are performing! But they ain’t gonna bend over backwards for the employees if the employees are unrealistic.

The best way to stick it to the employees, keeping labor costs low and not give them leverage is continual automation and the McDonald’s model where you create processes so simple they can be taught in a day.

I’m sure there are studies somewhere that show direct correlation between worker happiness/fulfilment and increased productivity.

You seem to only care about the perspective from an enterprenuer. Maybe you were an ethical boss. But there are many out there who only cares about founder's profit. So too, few enterpreneurs are mature enough to talk about the world.

Yeah cause globalists that mainly run corporations arent actively trying to replace populations for cheap labor. At the same time they raise prices for products they designed flaws into so they can sell more when they break. Corporatism isnt capitalism. It perverts incentives.

You really are oblivious, you don't understand that corporations run off of a shareholder profit maximization paradigm that tends to mean that they will cut every single corner possible, including polluting, workers rights violations, or tax evasion.
