And it’s granted that any diagnosis you may have doesn’t negate your arguments. It just lets people know with whom they are dealing.

The ability to sincerely apologize is predicated on the ability to experience remorse. Truly, do you have the ability to experience remorse? If you don’t, it’s likely not your fault. Maybe a head injury, exposure to violence , etc. Let us know with whom we are dealing.

It’s a question of capacity not a question of necessity. Does Stefan have the capacity to experience remorse? Although if reports are correct, he should feel remorse for what he did to his wife’s patients.
