Haiti is only half the island of Hispaniola, the other half, Dominican Republic, is doing far better, I wonder what the average IQ is there? Similar history of colonialism too

Very interesting point. DR has an average IQ of 82 and a literacy rate of 90% compared to 50% literacy in Haiti. DR has far better infrastructure as well, which all seem to contribute to IQ

That is interesting too. But the infrastructure and education part falls on the Haitian people to improve. I wonder if corruption plays a major part in this too?

Entirely possible. Also health/nutrition/factors during pregnancy play a huge role. But the point is that stating facts about race and IQ without offering any other explanations leads people to believe that it is innate, which is wildly misleading

Have you accounted for the effects of Colonialism? Taking economic control of a group of people puts them at a huge disadvantage. In no way am I referring to "white people" here, but colonialism in general, and in fact, China is the biggest perpetrator of this in modern times.
