    1. You can't consider a nationwide average for such a large and diverse country. 2. These IQ tests were conducted on whom, where, and when? These numbers are bullshit. I don't think the tests were conducted failry on a proper representative sample of the population.

        You can clearly train for IQ tests. The problem there would certainly be with training motivation. It would be funny if some billionaire secretly funded training camps (like the Chinese do) in some Africa country and have them show up with the highest IQs on earth.

        I am surprised how many folks can't "draw a line between the dots" in these country/background IQ assessments Look at the largest amount per capita/ratio of backgrounds that are in jail... Look at what countries are mostly crowded chaos/hungry w/diseases.. It's all the same thing

        IQ doesn't mean anything. It just means it easier for some people to understand things but thats it. I.e. it takes a high IQ 5 mins to understand completely a new concept while for an average one its 7-10. They both get it at the end.
