Why would you put this on Twitter?

Because certain people who support politicians who that support baby killing need a visual reminder on what they’re actually supporting.

You know you can't abort a baby after a certain amount of weeks unless it puts the mother's life at risk, right? So no one is going to harm him.
-
In most places, for now. The controversy being addressed here comes from this being redefined (or attempts at redefining it) in vague terms and to include mental health.

I often get in trouble with people for saying "if it is morally correct or justifiable it should be relatively straightforward to defend and its advocates would be at ease not having to rely on euphemisms"

The answer is simple Stefan: Anyone who celebrates a woman's right to choose. Which is incomplete... (To offset the consequences of her prior choices onto another person who is powerless to refuse the burden placed on them before they are then murdered).
-
A pregnancy does not always result from a woman's choice. Often completely the opposite. And your argument is only valid if you consider a foetus a 'person'. I'm not sure where the line on that switch is.
-
On to the second point I'm glad you are honest about not being sure where the "line" of personhood is. Because that's where the discussion is. That's where the debate always has been. Fundamentally we need to define what a human is.
-
Is it a "clump of cells" which surpasses a certain magnitude? Or when it has its own nervous systems? Or its own pulmonary system? Or once we can effectively communicate with it? It's hard... it's uncomfortable because we risk being wrong about whether or not we accept murder.
-
Yeah agreed. That's the fundamental issue. I don't think anyone would accept murder (in this situation), but it's about where you draw that line, again.
-
That's where the line must be though because we are talking about human life: potential and / or actual. It's a hard conversation to have because humanity as an interesting track record when it comes to defining what is human. It's also hard because we are talking about ending-

I weep for what is happening in our world. In some ways our “advanced western civilization” is as barbaric as the 14th century nightmare some groups wish upon us.
