What a selfish, narcissist brat. My wife lived at her parents and worked part-time while attending university and earned her masters without going into debt because she sacrificed, worked hard and didn’t party her way through school.

Well it's precious that you can't be convinced. The fact is Fullerton is one of the cheapest schools on this list and middle of the pack in several categories, thus a good value for a commuting student. She also very likely could have gotten that degree for half or less than her current debt if she didn’t fall into the “good school trap”. Nothing wrong with that degree, but you don’t go to an elite out of state university when a local state college would suffice.
