If you're talking about everything that encompasses the modern world then there are a few other groups who have made big contributions to that, but certainly some more than others, some nothing.

Values play a role, to be sure, but you’re overlooking geography. NA has the most arable land in the world, and it has the most navigable waterways. The Central European plain has a lot of arable land and the second most navigable waterways. Development was no accident.
