Women get paid less because of childbirth, professional interests and IQ disparities, the free market is very fair my friend.https://twitter.com/nutritionlyeast/status/1096837110819155969 …

A man who isn’t expected to be a caretaker for his own children is like a woman who gets paid less because of her gender. These days, we have too much of both.

Women get paid less because of misogyny due to capitalism. You don’t read very much before you speak, do you?

Dopey. If that were the case, then it's in the employer's interest to employ more women because it would cost less.

Dopey. If that were the case then politicians would house the homeless as it cheaper than dealing with homelessness. What you don’t seem to understand is this is about power. You don’t read a lot, do you? Other than memes, right? I can tell.

        1. Housing has nothing to do with it, so not an arguement. 2. You, the perpetually offended, resort to insults to cover the lack of actual reason. You can't help it. 3. #blocked

As a newly retired working woman.. this is all a bunch of bunk You stop being undervalued when you decide to be more. A woman whines until it's her husband that is making more. Cut it out and WORK harder!

The “free market” ends with ppl in top who may very well choose to discriminate to give “their own” an advantage. A free market can quickly become anything *but* free for anyone not in the in-group of those at the top.

Basically; a CEO is not more inherently fair and unbiased, just because he’s on the top in capitalist competence - then a warlord who rule due to his competence with violence. Anyone at the top of a system of competence can be horribly oppressive, and favor “their own” group.

I don't even think saying they get paid less is true. I've always been a top performer in my particular field and I've been paid for it (which means I made more than my male counterparts).

Interesting you hold those views so firmly defined. As long as a woman does not birth a child, has no professional interests, and ensures her verbal/non-verbal IQ has no disparities, she has the chance of being paid like a man, more than women? Would she consider herself a man?

Male and female average IQs are the same, but the standard deviation is greater in men. This means men are more likely to be significantly above or below average, giving them the lion's share of the best jobs.
