When will a Continental Congress be called?
It kind of feels like the Republic has passed the point of no return when Congress never has to declare a war to invade other countries, but you need to declare a State of Emergency to erect basic protection on your own border.

This will never make it in the courts. Trump is really making a mistake.

Signing it would be, in my mind, a mistake. I feel fairly confident that SCOTUS will uphold the POTUS’ power to declare emergencies & act on them. It will take time, but it should be upheld. Don’t sign, but let the government shut-down as long as leftists sue. Trade for wall.
