Basically, this new border deal gives the American public 3% of the “wall” (actually barriers), funds the govt until September 30 – taking the border off the table until then - and instead of Mexico paying for the “wall,” the money comes from the ICE budget. Did I miss anything?

No..but I expect some surprises because Potus is a “builder “ and if he could get the embassy in Jerusalem built for less than original estimates , similar to NY city’s skating rink , I think he can build a wall for less than estimates suggest it will cost .
