Who is worse? The drug dealer? Or the drug user? When it came to slavery, blacks were the dealers. Whites were the users.

Why does an observation like this even need to be made? Are you trying to excuse slavery as an addiction? Are you trying to say "whites were guilty, but blacks were MORE guilty"?
You can search for motives, or you can deal with the facts.
