I spent the entirety of high school trying to say as many offensive things as possible while making it so funny that both students and teachers had to laugh instead of punish/bully. So, on my own initiative, I learned laughter is stronger than social hierarchy and power.

How to say and write what people in charge (teachers & admins) want to hear in order to get a good grade. In the working world it helps in a pinch, more important you recognize when others are doing it to curry favour.
