The average immigrant to America has an IQ in the lower 90s. Immigrant IQ scores go up slightly in the second generation, but Mexicans and other Hispanics remain well below whites and East Asians. Genuine, non-judgmental question: Do you believe that IQ is the only necessary human quality to predict societal success? I like to consider America well-rounded. Our average IQ is 98. But we seem to be doing the best in the freedom department.

Better nutrition, lower stress in infancy, & increased cognitive stimulation all come from growing up in America (where even the poor get fed ✓welfare) instead of growing up poor in Mexico/3rd world nation. This increases IQ within limits of genetic range but no more than that.

Respectfully, this is a dissertation and one that bases itself in multiple contested topics. I only have a Bachelors degree from a small university but I was under the assumption that something like this would be considered not rigorous enough for general consideration?
