Anecdotal: I’ve spent a lot of time in a cancer hospital. The ratio of mixed-race patients seems significantly higher than in general society. Does race-mixing negatively affect genes? Or is it more prevalent because of economic environment? A study that will never happen.

What a silly response. Cancer wards aren’t really a place to be “triggered” by skin tones. You have much more life-threatening issues to deal with. But if mixing skin tones causes an increased cancer risk, I would think that people would want to know this.
