Not that I’m any fan of any Democrats, but a politician cannot directly release someone from jail. They vote on bills that then may cause a domino effect, but that’s not the same thing as making a direct decision relating to a death or liability.

The law needs to include our legislators who write and vote for these lax laws. They too need to be held accountable.
