I never seen it, but I like Tony Robbins because he encourages you and guides you to see reality for yourself in a positive light, regardless of your thoughts on Tony Robbins he did have a positive impact on my view of the world at one point.

very cultish. the flashing lights loud music and physical activity right before he comes on stage reminds me of tactics used by cult leaders to gain followers.

add in the long eye contact. constantly moving closer and using physical contact on the people he's singled out. basically using the group to peer pressure the individual into agreeing.

Yes, I watched it. It’s a good advertisement. I’m very wary of saying the wrong thing here, but (of course) it paints Tony in amazing colours, from what I remember. He’s clearly skilled and well-meaning, and I’ve probably missed a trick somewhere. *shrugs*

Moving, intense. I like Tony Robbins stuff, wouldn’t go to seminar if my life depended on it but I know people who get a lot out of them. I think the doc dispelled some of the preconceived notions about him being just an infomercial hack.
