I talk about average racial differences because I want people to get along, and celebrate those differences - I was told diversity is a strength On average, blacks are better at some things than whites - and vice versa. Same with East Asians and Hispanics Don’t hate, celebrate!

Sigh whites have an average IQ of 100. Blacks and East Asians score differently.

It's the 'vice versa' part of this truth that the regressive left cant handle and condemn as racist.

Even accepting that the average IQ of whites is higher than blacks, it still wouldn’t justify interpersonal racism since there would still be some blacks with higher IQs than some whites. You can’t assume a black person has a lower score than you even if the odds are in yr favor.

That is why he uses the word average. As he has said many many times we must treat everyone as individuals

Is there a risk that acknowledging these differences and applying them in the real work could create racial/class divides? Adult discussion required

I think the fear is... and this is a generalisation, Africans are more phyisical and whites amhave higher IQ, do the majority of Africans work manual physical low paying jobs and whites have middle class intellectual jobs? That is a very general statement and missing many nuance

No one is the same and likely would be little different from anyone else if we had lived each other’s lives Dividing peoples into languages, geophysical locations and related belief systems only denotes we all suffer from some form of literary hypnosis No one is the same

DUH ! Good God.... IGNORANCE ! It's like a determined virus. Everything and everyone cannot be equal. It's the way of things. Rabbits don't hunt Bobcats and eat them. They are DIFFERENT 🙃

Also: The average IQ of all those with the same shoe size has no effect on your own IQ. It is what it is, regardless of the meaningless average of others in the same group in which some statistician has put you.
