Vile racism. So called positive discrimination is still discrimination and should be outlawed. How can we strive for meritocracy and equality when these sort of practices are prevalent within our institutions. It also promotes a culture of low expectations for minorities

A few years back we where told when we accepted new apprentices we had to bring woman into our pipe fitters local. My job was to interview candidates. First question, “what experience do you have in our craft” Answer “I’m a good cook” guess who got in?
