That's what I'm thinking. I'm guessing that everyone expected this and saw it happening. They'll lose their positions but remain and the school and be compensated for their loss. How many people would do any different in their situation?

Yup. It was obvious to all from the get go and it was tolerated. LCBO = Liquor commisary. Shisha = Hookah lounge.
